Hero Recruitment Group is seeking a delivery-focused professional to coordinate HR digital and AI projects from planning through implementation and adoption. This is an individual contributor role focused on project delivery, business requirements and stakeholder coordination, not AI development or people management.

The role sits within a Product Management organisation of approximately 50 people, supporting four product areas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no prior experience required.
• Experience in digital project delivery, product management, project management or business analysis.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional technology delivery.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and drive delivery in an evolving environment.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with AI engineers, architects or technical product teams.
• Familiarity with HR technology, Workday or ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate digital and AI projects from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.
• Translate business needs into requirements, prioritised backlogs and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with AI engineers, architects, product teams and business stakeholders to deliver new use cases.
• Establish effective delivery processes, including project intake, workflows, governance and approval checkpoints.
• Apply agile methodologies to manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, budgets and risks.
• Coordinate testing, launch readiness, compliance reviews and user adoption.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and stakeholder updates to ensure alignment and progress.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are seeking a delivery-focused professional to coordinate HR digital and AI projects from planning through implementation and adoption. This is an individual contributor role focused on project delivery, business requirements and stakeholder coordination, not AI development or people management.

This newly created role sits within a Product Management organisation of approximately 50 people, supporting four product areas. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, AI engineers and architects to translate business needs into practical solutions and drive delivery from planning through implementation and adoption.

The focus is on project delivery, agile ways of working and stakeholder coordination rather than hands-on AI development or people management. Experience in HR technology is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Additional Information

• Individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.
• Flexible working arrangements, with onsite attendance expected on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Some flexibility required to accommodate US-based colleagues, including later working hours on certain days.
• 12 month contract with potential for a permanent opportunity.
