Sigmar Recruitment partners with a Galway-based employer to appoint an HR Systems Specialist on an 8-month contract. You will drive delivery of HR digital and AI projects, coordinating with HR, IT and delivery partners to ensure adoption and business value.

You will translate business needs into clear requirements, establish delivery workflows, track timelines and risks, and support user adoption post-implementation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in digital project delivery, product management, or business analysis.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate HR digital and AI projects from planning to implementation.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and backlogs.
• Establish delivery workflows, templates, responsibilities and approval checkpoints.
• Track timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate testing, launch readiness and required compliance reviews.
• Support user adoption and gather feedback after implementation.
• Use stakeholder feedback to drive improvements.
