Cpl Group is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead data-driven HR reporting, workforce analytics, and employee relations in a large, complex environment. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver operational and strategic HR support and drive improvement across HR processes and systems.

The role emphasizes HRIS enhancements, AI adoption, governance, data accuracy, and building strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' HR experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong employee relations experience and independent case handling.
• Advanced Excel and HR reporting/data analytics skills.
• Experience with HR systems; HRIS implementation or migration is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology to enhance HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR reporting, workforce analytics, and people metrics to support business decision-making.
• Manage employee relations cases and guide managers on employment matters.
• Oversee probation and performance management processes, coaching leaders.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance reporting, governance requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems, reporting, and people operations.
• Support HR technology, automation, and transformation initiatives, including HRIS enhancements and AI adoption.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and contribute to wider HR projects and strategic initiatives.
