Job summary

CPL Group is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead HR technology and transformation initiatives in a global context. The role focuses on end-to-end programme delivery across HR systems, including HRIS/HCM platforms, recruitment, learning, and employee experience.

You will manage plans, governance, budgets and risks, collaborating with HR, IT and business units, external vendors and consultants to drive adoption and tangible process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project and programme management experience.
• Lead delivery of complex global HR technology and transformation initiatives.
• End-to-end programme delivery from planning through adoption.
• Develop programme plans, roadmaps, budgets and governance structures.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change.
• Coordinate HR, IT and business stakeholders and external partners.
