Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking a Head of HR Operations & Platforms to lead HR operations, systems and services across the group. You will unify HR operations, HR technology and reporting to deliver customer-focused, well-governed, scalable HR services globally.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and oversee the transition from legacy platforms to modern HRIS solutions while partnering with HR, Change and Communications to drive adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across HR Operations and HRIS
• Experience centralising HR Operations or Shared Services
• Experience leading HR Operations/HR services or HR technology teams in large organisations
• Experience supporting or leading major HR technology implementations
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience establishing operational KPIs, service standards, controls and governance
• Experience managing technology, payroll or implementation partners
• Strong stakeholder-management, influencing and decision-making capability
• Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels
• Experience leading teams through organisational or tech change

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Operations function with clear service standards
• Drive centralisation of HR Operations activities with divisional HR teams
• Build a high-performing operations team focused on service excellence
• Oversee payroll operations and providers
• Develop KPIs covering service quality, responsiveness and experience
• Lead HR technology landscape and HRIS collaboration
• Direct HR Operations & HR Systems team and governance
• Ensure governance for HR platforms, data, releases and access controls
• Lead transition to new ways of working and go-live readiness
• Oversee transition to new platforms (Workday to SuccessFactors) and post-go-live model
• Partner with HR, Change and Communications to drive adoption
• Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain process documentation and data quality
