Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale, global transformation or continuous improvement initiatives with measurable business results.
• Domain knowledge of HR, payroll, or people-operations processes.
• Experience designing or operating HR processes across hire/onboarding, movement, leave, payroll events, and offboarding.
• Ability to operate independently through ambiguity and manage shifting priorities.
• Experience solving problems with data and translating analysis into action.
• Experience working in an XFN environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own development, organization, and execution of large, complex programs from inception through delivery; manage roadmap and scope.
• Deliver tooling that reduces manual effort in people operations workflows.
• Partner with Engineering to shape system design and translate needs into requirements.
• Participate in design and solution reviews with high-quality standards.
• Deconstruct end-to-end employee lifecycle journeys to identify seams and automation opportunities.
• Drive AI-enabled operational improvements and governance for responsible use of AI.
