You will oversee performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning while fostering engagement, wellbeing, and retention within a growing team. This role offers the chance to influence culture in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• HR policies & procedures knowledge is essential.
• Experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to lead and mentor HR initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities

• Delivering key HR initiatives that support business needs.
• Contributing to and supporting the delivery of the HR strategy in line with strategic business objectives.
• Promote a positive working environment by supporting employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
• Overseeing performance management and supporting a high-performance culture.
• Succession and workforce planning.
• Providing direction and leadership to team on diverse programs and projects.
• Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
• Support managers with performance management, employee development, training, and workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, annual leave, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, workplace policies, and relevant HR regulations.
