Careeriser Ltd. in Dublin is seeking an experienced HR Business and People Partner for a 15-month fixed-term role.

You will build strong relationships with site managers, provide practical guidance on HR policies and employment law, and lead end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HRBP, a degree in HR or related field, a full driving licence with own vehicle, and a track record in recruitment, workforce planning and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HRBP role with ER, PM and HR ops experience.
• Degree in HR or related field; CIPD advantageous.
• Full driving licence and access to transport.
• Experience in multi-site HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on HR policies and employment law across sites.
• Lead employee relations cases with early intervention and resolution.
• Oversee performance management, appraisals and development plans.
• Develop and coach HR Generalist team with clear objectives and feedback.
• Partner with recruitment for workforce planning and hiring across sites.
• Support onboarding and HR initiatives to improve people practices.
