Amazon Ireland Support Services Limited in Ireland is offering an Operations Human Resources Partner Intern (6 Months) starting in 2027. This full-time internship (40 hours/week) provides exposure to HR across a global operation with mentor support and projects in employee relations, training, and workforce analytics.

Qualifications

Fluent English (C1 or above).
Penultimate or final year in HR, business, psychology, marketing, social sciences, law or related field.
Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) for 6 months.

Responsibilities

Develop knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
Help develop training plans and materials to address development needs.
Learn HR functions across the organization and best practices.
Support employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and other HR matters.
Assist HR teams with day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
Participate in process reviews to drive efficiency improvements.
Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
