Job summary

Amazon Ireland Support Services Limited offers an Operations HR Partner Intern role within a global HR community. You’ll gain hands-on experience across employee relations, training, compensation, and workforce analytics while collaborating with operations leaders.

The program provides mentoring, learning sessions, and opportunities to work on projects across HR areas, with paths to graduate roles or additional internships.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+) written and spoken.
• Penultimate or final year in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) and a 6-month commitment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communication to align teams across multiple countries.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving development needs.
• Learn HR functions across the broader Amazon organization and stay up-to-date on best practices.
• Provide support to Amazon employees on attendance, engagement, and other HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
