Job summary

ID Recruitment is partnering with a bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Castlebar, Ireland, to recruit an HR Generalist. You will be the primary point of contact for employees and support day-to-day HR operations across a large HR and Recruitment team.

You will apply policies consistently, assist with HR initiatives, and work closely with employees from all departments. The role offers exposure to employee relations, payroll support, onboarding, GDPR compliance, and HR administration.

Qualifications

• BSc in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience within a HR support role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law and HR practices.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills and HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to a large HR team and act as point of contact for employees.
• Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution, including investigations.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and EMEA HR processes.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and documentation.
• Support GDPR compliance and maintain confidential HR data.
