Job summary

Jigsaw - The National Centre for Youth Mental Health . is seeking an HR Officer to provide confidential HR support across the full employee lifecycle in our Dublin headquarters. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR system maintenance in a hybrid work setup.

You will collaborate with managers and the HR team to ensure policy adherence, accurate records, and continuous improvement of HR processes, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• A third-level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a generalist or senior HR administrator role.
• Knowledge of Employment legislation and best practice.
• Experience delivering HR and/or training workshops.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal, written and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, responsive and confidential HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Maintain HR records and systems and ensure policies are applied consistently.
• Support monthly payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Manage leave policies and employee offboarding processes.
• Produce HR documentation and reports; support training and development initiatives.
