Job summary

WGNSTAR, An ABM Company, in Maynooth, Ireland, seeks an HR Business Partner to support Operations on employee and employment matters. The role reports to the HR Manager and travels weekly to client sites.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years HR experience, strong HRIS and MS Office skills, and the ability to drive initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on engagement and policy updates.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience in a fast-paced HR team.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Must drive and have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for HR activities.
• Advise managers on people management and best practices.
• Lead HRIS and Time and Attendance system usage.
• Manage grievance and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee onboarding, lifecycle and offboarding.
• Support training, development, and employee engagement.
• Assist with policy changes and employee handbook updates.
• General HR administrative duties.
• Collaborate with Operations on training needs.
