Job summary

Milliman Ireland is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with practices on retention, performance management, and employee engagement. The role covers workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, and training across the business.

The successful candidate will partner with executives to drive organizational effectiveness, manage complex employee relations, and lead initiatives using our HCM system UKG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
• 10+ years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Strong communication skills across levels and functions.
• European language ability in at least two of Dutch, German, Italian.
• CIPD or SHRM certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds partnerships with executives and management; identifies solutions to organizational issues.
• Advises on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, engagement, performance management, and training.
• Analyzes HR trends and metrics, collaborates to develop people solutions, programs and policies.
• Coaches managers on employee relations, performance improvement plans, terminations, and investigations.
• Supports talent development, annual reviews, and succession planning with leaders.
• Drives HR projects, plans timelines, and ensures accountability for deliverables.
• Collaborates with project managers and uses UKG HCM to support business growth.
• Maintains knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements; liaises with legal.
• Produces HR information for practice/discipline during RFP processes.
