Job summary

ACI Worldwide in Limerick is seeking a HRBP on a 12-month FTC to partner with business leaders across regions, delivering strategic HR support across the full employee lifecycle and driving organizational effectiveness.

You will work with in-country HR teams to provide guidance on talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and culture initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of broad human resources experience in international or technology-led environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and relevant employment legislation in Ireland.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, facilitate, present, communicate, analyse, and solve complex problems.
• Experience partnering with leaders across regions in a matrixed HR delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Partner with in-country HR teams, and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, people-focused solutions that support organizational performance and growth.
• Provide strategic guidance across talent management, performance, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Lead and advise on employee relations matters, performance management, and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with local employment legislation and company policies.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives, including employee experience, learning, development, and leadership coaching programmes.
• Support organizational change, transformation initiatives, restructures, and workforce transitions through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
