Job summary

You will maintain accurate employee data, coordinate interviews, and ensure contracts and policies comply with statutory requirements. The role requires at least 2 years HR experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Good knowledge of HR shared services, policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Research pay differentials.
• Support pay and employment negotiations between management and employees.
• Coordinate the full benefits lifecycle to provide an outstanding employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee data and records.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.
• Ensure all employees have signed contracts and are aware of and comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
