Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking an HR Benefits Coordinator to support the Head of Reward with data analysis and insights, ensuring reward structures remain competitive. You will be the primary contact for employee benefits queries and administer health insurance, Life assurance, and benefit enrolments.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with HR technology; SuccessFactors is an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Data or related area.
Experience in managing benefit programmes.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling rewards data.

Responsibilities

Support Head of Reward with data analysis and insights to keep reward structures competitive.
Act as primary contact for employee benefits queries.
Administering employee benefit programmes, including health insurance and life assurance.
Process benefit enrolments, changes, and terminations per eligibility rules.
Manage Benefit in Kind on the Company car fleet.
Review vendor invoices and ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.
Provide guidance on Reward practices, guidelines, policies and procedures.
Compile and analyse compliance processes and reporting (e.g., gender pay gap).
Collaborate with partners, internal stakeholders and external vendors on administration and analysis.
Drive Reward projects and participate in wider HR initiatives.
