Allianz Ireland is seeking an HR Reporting & Reward Analyst to support HR systems, reporting and remuneration processes within the People & Culture team. The role focuses on system maintenance, data accuracy and insightful reporting to drive people decisions.
You will work closely with HR partners on compensation, onboarding, benefits and governance, contributing to process improvements and the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency.

The HR Reporting & Reward Analyst plays a key role in our People & Culture team, supporting the systems, processes and insights that enable a high-performing and employee-focused HR service.
The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Reward Manager with a strong focus on HR System maintenance and development, compensation and benefit administration and reporting.
The role provides exposure to key areas including HR technology, reward, workforce reporting, process improvement and employee lifecycle management and will also have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects in the team.
