Job summary

Pioneer Homecare Limited in North Dublin is seeking a full-time HR Analyst to join our team. The role involves researching pay differentials, supporting pay and employment condition negotiations, and ensuring a positive employee experience through benefits coordination.

You will maintain accurate employee data, coordinate interviews, and ensure contracts and policies comply with statutory requirements. The role requires at least 2 years HR experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HR experience.
• Good knowledge of HR shared services, policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Research pay differentials.

It is important for us to find genuinely caring, empathetic and dependable candidates who thoroughly enjoy helping others and making a small difference to people’s lives.Pioneer Homecare is looking for a full-time HR Analyst to join our team.Responsible for conducting research into pay differentials; supporting negotiations between management and employees regarding pay and employment conditions; providing an outstanding employee experience by coordinating the full benefits lifecycle; maintaining accurate employee data; proactively coordinating interviews and recruitment activities; and ensuring that all employees have signed contracts and are aware of and comply with company policies and statutory requirements.Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and demonstrate a good working knowledge of HR shared services, policies, processes, and programs.We are currently recruiting for a HR Analyst in our North Dublin Office. This role is Fulltime working 39 hours a week from Monday to Sunday. Days and times will be according to the business requirements.
