Qualifications

• Proven experience as a HR Business Analyst on HR and technology transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with HR or payroll systems and global HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Identify gaps between business needs and proposed solutions.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support regional SMEs in aligning processes with global standards.
• Assist with testing cycles, issues, and sign-off.
• Contribute to cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Track risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support training preparation and post-implementation stabilization.
