Focus Ireland is hiring a Project Worker, Housing First, South East, based in Tipperary. The role supports people sleeping rough or experiencing multiple exclusions to move into secure, permanent housing without preconditions.

You will assess needs, signpost to services, coordinate with authorities and providers, and help participants maintain tenancies while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Competenze

• Degree in Social Care or related field; CORU registration considered advantageous.
• 2 years’ experience in residential social care, preferably in homelessness.
• Leadership experience in social care services is a plus.
• Experience with recording, reporting and information management.

Mansioni

• Engage with people sleeping rough and those experiencing homelessness to support housing placement.
• Assess housing needs and priorities; assist access to social housing and entitlements.
• Provide key-working support across health, independence, employment and education.
• Coordinate with health, housing and welfare agencies to secure supports.
• Maintain participant records and contribute to reports and evaluations.

Formazione

Degree in Social Care or related area / CORU-registered Social Care Worker
