Job summary

Depaul in Dublin is seeking a Deputy Manager for Moore Haven on a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to permanency. The role offers management of two residential projects, supervision of staff and day-to-day service delivery to service users within a trauma-informed framework.

You will report to a Project Group Manager, oversee building compliance, budgets and health & safety, and contribute to broader organisational objectives while supporting a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 2 years' paid experience working in Mental Health Services or in Criminal Justice Sector.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles in practice.
• Ability to manage a team with a trauma-informed care perspective.
• Knowledge of risk assessment processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Group Manager in the management of two residential projects and floating community services.
• Lead staff supervision, training and performance management.
• Oversee service user processes, referrals, and care plans.
