Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking a dynamic Deputy/Operations Manager to lead hotel operations, drive guest experiences, and elevate performance across the property.

You will manage multiple departments, coach and recruit talent, and partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic growth while maintaining a positive work environment.

This role focuses on operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience as a Deputy or Operations Manager in a large hotel.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven track record in delivering guest experiences and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Greet guests, inspire team, and ensure exceptional hospitality.
• Collaborate across departments to meet strategic goals.
• Assist managers with interviewing and recruitment.
• Coach staff to build confidence in new roles.
• Resolve conflicts and handle guest complaints smoothly.
