Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an Accommodation Manager to lead and inspire the accommodation team, ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction at our Dublin-area hotels. You will delegate tasks, drive performance, and uphold standards across rooms and public areas.

The role emphasizes staff development, cross-department collaboration, and a culture of teamwork, with opportunities for career growth through the Dalata Academy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a management level.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist in other departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• Delegate room assignments to accommodation and housekeeping staff.
• Develop employees to prepare them for advancement in their careers.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel, including the conference suite to ensure we deliver on our guest promises.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department to maintain consistently high hotel standards.
