Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to lead daily hotel operations, shape service culture and drive performance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will motivate teams and align operations with the hotel's strategic goals.

The role requires 3–4 years in a Deputy/Operations or Senior Manager position within a large hotel, strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a commitment to developing talent.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years experience as Deputy, Operations or Senior Manager in a large hotel.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong commercial awareness with KPIs, cost and revenue management.
• Proven ability to develop and nurture talent and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to the General Manager for hotel operations.
• Directly lead department heads and ensure motivation and engagement.
• Oversee succession planning and staff development.
• Maintain high levels of customer care and service standards.
• Support profitability and cost management initiatives.
