Job summary

MT MONO TRADING LIMITED, trading as The Hardiman in Galway, is seeking a Sales Executive. You will advise existing and potential customers, take orders for services, upsell rooms, events and services, and build strong connections with corporate clients and travel agents. You will monitor sales trends to achieve revenue goals and drive business development alongside management.

Location at 14/15 Eyre Square, Galway, H91 NFD2; 39 hours per week. Minimum annual remuneration €36650.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales or hotel sales.
• Ability to upsell premium services.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to existing and potential customers, and receive orders for services/products offered by the company.
• Upselling bookings for rooms, events, and services.
• Build connections with clients including businesses, travel agents and guests.
• Find new leads and promote the hotel.
• Ensure smooth operations and hit revenue goals.
• Upsell premium services/products to corporate clients.
• Support website and social media platforms in sales and marketing activities.
• Quote prices, credit terms, service delivery dates and payment arrangements.
• Follow up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain further orders.
