Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Dublin seeks a proactive sales professional to drive business for four properties: Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge, Clayton Hotel Charlemont, Maldron Hotel Merrion Road, and Maldron Hotel Kevin Street. You will execute proactive sales plans, target new accounts, and collaborate with the DOS.

Key duties include using CRM, BI tools, and market intelligence to identify opportunities, participate in events and calls, and nurture relationships with local and global clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel sales role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to spot trends.
• Excellent organisation and planning.

Responsibilities

• Source and win new business locally and globally across owned segments.
• Collaborate with the DOS to achieve sales plan objectives.
• Represent hotels at sales meetings and events.
• Utilise CRM, BI tools, and market intelligence to drive efficiency.
