Job summary

The Address Collective is seeking a Cluster HR Generalist to support hotel teams across multiple properties in Dublin City Centre. You will report to the HR Manager and drive HR functions across recruitment, training, employee relations and health & safety.

Ideal candidates are organized, commercially aware HR professionals with hospitality experience, capable of balancing operational priorities with strong HR practice across a multi-site portfolio.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes with department heads to ensure compliant, fair procedures.
• Update job descriptions and structures as needs change; administer induction and training agendas.
• Lead employee relations efforts, coach managers on IR/ER matters, and monitor compliance with time-working regulations.
• Coordinate health and safety training and maintain safety policies across properties.
