Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the Dublin site’s people agenda in a part-time, three-month contract with potential to extend or go permanent. The role is based onsite in Dublin City Centre, with 1 day onsite per week, reporting to the Head of HR and partnering with site leadership to ensure an outstanding employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HR Manager or standalone generalist role with full ownership of employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and WRC inspection standards.
• Experience with HR systems and data analytics (Timepoint/ Thrive/ Harri).
• CIPD accreditation considered advantageous (Level 5 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations at the Dublin site, ensuring audit-ready documentation and compliance with Irish law.
• Lead employee relations casework (performance, conduct, grievances, absence, probation).
• Coordinate payroll, timekeeping, and data integrity across HR systems.
• Drive local recruitment, onboarding and staff development initiatives.
• Manage statutory leave processes and wellbeing programs.
• Track HR metrics and support leadership with engagement and communications.
