Job summary

The Address Connolly is seeking a Cluster HR Generalist to support hotel teams across HR functions, reporting to the HR Manager. The role involves managing recruitment, induction, training compliance, employee engagement, and policy development across multiple properties in Dublin City Centre.

Ideally you will have generalist HR experience in hospitality or multi-site environments, strong legislative knowledge, and the ability to coach managers while maintaining HR records and engagement

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process with Heads of Department in line with best practice and legislation.
• Training & Development: Lead development and training, deliver needs analysis, manage performance development review and engagement initiatives.
• Employee Relations: Advise on employment legislation, coach managers, manage ER/IR risk and disciplinary and absence policies.
• Health & Safety: Ensure health and safety training and maintain the safety statement and handbook.
