Job summary

The Address Collective, a leading hospitality provider, seeks a Cluster HR Generalist to support hotel teams across HR functions under the HR Manager. The role covers recruitment, training, ER/IR, safety and engagement across multiple properties in Dublin City Centre.

You will manage recruitment, induction, training and policy compliance while coaching managers and maintaining high HR standards. This is a full-time, on-site role offering competitive salary and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR generalist role, ideally in hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and employee relations practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach and support managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing competing priorities across locations.
• Proactive, practical, solutions-focused approach to people management.
• Commitment to employee engagement, training, development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage Recruitment with Department Heads, ensuring compliant and fair procedures.
• Update job requirements and descriptions as organisational needs shift.
• Deliver company induction and compliance training, keep handbook up to date.
• Develop HR planning strategies with line managers for current and future staffing.
• Lead development and training programmes across the company.
• Carry out training needs analysis and deliver development sessions as needed.
• Manage performance development review process with regular feedback.
• Create and drive the employee engagement strategy.
• Oversee annual Employee Engagement survey and act on feedback.
• Coordinate statutory training in-house (fire safety, manual handling, HACCP).
• Progressively handle IR/ER issues using fair policies and procedures.
• Foster strong employee relations and coach managers on IR/ER matters.
• Advise on employment legislation and implement policies on disciplinary, grievance, absence and working conditions.
• Ensure compliance with working time legislation and other laws.
