Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Business Development Executive for Ireland with responsibility for driving growth across the UK and Ireland in the PSSInsourcing Solutions practice. The role combines strategic account development with hands-on proposals and contracting, requiring collaboration with leadership and cross-border teams.

You will identify opportunities, design client-specific service solutions, and work to achieve revenue targets while maintaining strong CRM discipline and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, or related business experience.
• Proven senior-level business development success in Pharma Insourcing.
• Experience operating in GxP environments and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of product commercialization, manufacturing and supply chain in client markets.
• Management of commercial and contractual processes (CDAs, MSAs, pricing) and negotiations.
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business development strategy and growth for PSS UK/IRE across the UK and Ireland.
• Set ambitious annual targets in collaboration with PSS Leadership.
• Identify and win new PSS opportunities, developing key accounts.
• Assess client needs and design tailored service solutions with proposals.
• Collaborate with global colleagues on multi-regional projects and manage contracting processes.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support successful service delivery.
