Job summary

Eurofins Ireland is seeking a Commercial & Operations Associate to drive growth across Environment Testing services. You will develop and sustain relationships with new and existing customers, support the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award, and ensure smooth handover to operations.

You will assist with planning driver schedules in Synchro teams, monitor customer satisfaction, and help prepare weekly commercial reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accredited contract testing laboratory preferred.
• Customer-facing experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and develop prospects to create a robust project pipeline.
• Support tender processes with quality reviews and proposals.
• Manage selected customer accounts and maintain regular contact.
• Coordinate scheduling of driver jobs in Synchro teams.
• Deliver monthly NPS monitoring and service delivery improvements.
