Job summary

Viridi Systems Limited t/a Trinity Medical is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop customer relationships and commercial opportunities across our healthcare technology portfolio, with focus on Endoscopy, Sterile Services/CSSD and Infection Prevention & Control. The role involves visits to hospitals nationwide and building key stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will map accounts, identify opportunities, deliver product demonstrations and manage quotations, while

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in business development or related commercial role.
• Ability to understand technical products and translate to client solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities.
• Organisational skills and CRM/record-management capability.
• Willingness to travel across Ireland and hold a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake customer visits across Ireland.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders in public and private healthcare.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Map accounts, identify requirements and product opportunities.
• Coordinate product presentations, demonstrations, trials and quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for technical support and feedback.
• Maintain CRM data and build a qualified pipeline.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions as required.
