Trinity Medical Ireland is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist in Dublin for a full-time hybrid role. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, manage key accounts, and drive sales of Trinity Medical’s product offerings while delivering technical and clinical support.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales track record in healthcare or medical devices, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience in account management and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness in healthcare/medical device environments.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, able to work independently within a collaborative team.
• Experience in healthcare or medical device sector is advantageous.
• Third-level qualification in Healthcare or Business Management preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Sales Specialist based in Dublin, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time.

The role involves:

• Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals
• Managing customer accounts
• Driving sales growth for Trinity Medical’s product offerings
• Providing technical and clinical support
• Identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate solutions

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability in account management, including developing long-term customer relationships and managing customer requirements effectively
• Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of healthcare and medical device environments
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment
• Previous experience within the healthcare or medical device sector would be a distinct advantage
• A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Healthcare or Business Management is preferred
