Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking an experienced Head of Operations – Integrated Facilities Management to lead the delivery of FM services for a major account in Naas, Co. Kildare.

This senior role requires ensuring safe, compliant and efficient Hard and Soft FM in a GMP-sensitive manufacturing setting. You will act as the senior FM lead, manage a multidisciplinary team, and own the site budget while driving continuous improvement, energy and waste performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior management or leadership role within Integrated Facilities Management.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams in a manufacturing/GMP setting.
• Degree-level qualification in Engineering, Business or Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior FM lead and primary client contact, aligning delivery with GMP requirements.
• Lead daily hard and soft services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste, grounds and catering.
• Oversee maintenance of critical assets and lifecycle management.
• Promote strong EHS, food safety and GMP culture with regulatory compliance.
• Manage suppliers and service partners to ensure high standards.
• Own the site budget and balance cost with service quality.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team across technical, cleaning and support services.
• Drive mobilisation, stabilisation and continuous improvement at the new-build site.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy, water and waste performance for sustainability.
• Build strong client relationships and identify value-add opportunities.
