Job summary

Sodexo Group seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and optimise hard and soft FM services on site for a major account. You will lead on-site teams, manage contractors and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to safety, quality and client satisfaction. The position is full-time and based on-site in Offaly, Ireland with a comprehensive set of Sodexo benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site facilities operations across hard and soft services.
• Strong people management, leadership and stakeholder management.
• Financial awareness with ability to manage budgets and costs.
• Experience working in client-facing environments and reporting performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of hard and soft FM services on site.
• Lead on-site service delivery team and contractors.
• Manage PPM schedules, lifecycle replacements and safety compliance.
• Coordinate works to contract standards and client expectations.
• Provide operational updates and performance reporting to the client.
