Job summary

Sodexo Ltd seeks a Head of Operations for Integrated Facilities Management to lead delivery of FM services at a new-build site in Naas, Co. Kildare. The role oversees Hard and Soft Services, ensuring GMP compliance, safety and efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with production priorities, and drive energy and waste performance improvements while maintaining strong client relationships and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Integrated Facilities Management in a manufacturing context.
• Experience delivering Hard and Soft FM services in GMP-sensitive environments.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, suppliers and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior FM lead and client contact, aligning delivery with production priorities and GMP requirements.
• Lead day-to-day delivery of Hard and Soft Services including maintenance, cleaning, security, waste, grounds and catering support.
• Own site budget and financial performance, balancing cost control with service quality.
• Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across technical, cleaning and support services.
• Drive mobilisation, stabilisation and continuous improvement for the new-build site.
