Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking an experienced General Services Manager to lead soft facilities services within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Dublin. This senior role focuses on quality, health & safety, GMP, cleaning, hygiene and compliance, while overseeing an onsite food service operation to meet HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality, Health & Safety and GMP within a highly regulated environment.
• Experience leading large teams (200+ employees).
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning, hygiene and wider soft services operations across the site.
• Drive a strong Quality, Health & Safety and GMP culture, ensuring services meet required standards.
• Oversee budgets, labour and consumables, with responsibility for P&L and cost control.
• Act as primary contact for the client and manage service delivery expectations.
• Identify and implement improvements to cleaning standards and operational efficiency.
