Job summary

Sodexo Ltd in Ireland is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. You will oversee hard and soft FM services, engineering teams, and key client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.

The role requires commercial acumen, budget management, and a track record of improving performance and driving contract growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering integrated hard and soft FM services.
• Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercial acumen with budgets, forecasting and P&L ownership.
• Proven track record in improving performance and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of hard and soft FM across multi-site portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting and P&L performance.
• Lead and develop operational management teams for high performance.
• Support contract mobilisations, service transformations and capital projects.
