Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior operational leader with GMP/quality background in regulated environments.
• Experience managing large teams (200+ employees).
• Strong budgeting, labour cost and P&L experience.
• Pharma/manufacturing GMP/HACCP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning, hygiene and soft services across the site.
• Drive a Quality, Health & Safety and GMP culture, audit readiness.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, health & safety compliance.
• Oversee onsite food service ensuring food safety standards.
• Lead large onsite workforce with high performance and engagement.
• Manage client relationships and service delivery expectations.
• Oversee budgets, labour, consumables, and P&L.
• Identify improvements to cleaning standards and efficiency.
• Collaborate with site and client teams to meet manufacturing needs.
