Job summary

Sodexo in Ireland is seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to lead soft facilities within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will drive quality, health & safety, and compliance while managing a large workforce and cost control.

The role includes overseeing the onsite food service, ensuring HACCP standards are met and audits remain readiness-ready. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Quality, Health & Safety and GMP within a highly regulated environment.
• Proven track record leading large teams in pharmaceutical or manufacturing settings.
• Experience managing budgets, labour costs and P&L for a large site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning, hygiene and wider soft services operations across the site.
• Drive a strong Quality, Health & Safety and GMP culture with audit readiness.
• Oversee onsite food service in line with food safety and HACCP standards.
• Manage budgets, labour and consumables with responsibility for P&L and cost control.
• Lead a large onsite workforce and develop high-performing teams.
