Omni is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing, EMEA in Dublin to build and run the demand engine across the region. You will own the growth strategy, budget, and pipeline target, leading a small team and partnering with sales, BDRs, partnerships, and product marketing.

You will drive multi-channel campaigns, events, ABM, and paid digital, while forecasting spend and ROI. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, focused on demand gen or growth.
• Track record of owning a pipeline target across multiple EMEA markets.
• 2+ years managing marketers directly while owning programs.
• Hands-on experience across field/events, ABM, partner marketing, and paid digital.
• Experience owning a marketing budget, forecasting pipeline, and reallocating as needed.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation and pipeline attribution.
• Experience influencing Director/executive stakeholders on budget and ICP decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Own the EMEA pipeline target and regional growth plan.
• Develop markets by stage and decide where to invest across EMEA.
• Plan and run multi-channel programs including field events and ABM.
• Partner with EMEA sales leadership and BDRs to drive meetings and pipeline.
• Own and allocate the EMEA marketing budget and forecast ROI.
• Lead and develop a small team of growth marketers while staying hands-on.
• Measure and report performance by channel and market.
