Job summary

Omni, the AI analytics platform, is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Enterprise to lead a high-growth team in Dublin and drive predictable revenue from 501-5,000 employee customers.

You will combine elite sales execution with coaching and scalable processes, leveraging your expertise in SaaS, BI, data analytics, and ETL to expand strategic enterprise deals and coach a growing AE team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years leading enterprise teams.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in SaaS; experience in BI, data analytics or ETL platforms preferred.
• High agency and comfort driving results within fast-paced, Series A–D environments

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise new business and expansion targets, with accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
• Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to ensure closure.
• Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance.
• Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching.
• Set clear performance standards and develop career paths for the commercial sales team.
• Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product to share market insights.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion.
• Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment.
