Job summary

Procore is seeking a Director, EMEA Field Marketing, based in Dublin with a hybrid work model. You will own the regional marketing strategy, ABM programs, and the pipeline from lead to close, partnering closely with EMEA Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to optimize funnel performance and ROI.

You will lead a cross-functional team, expand the EMEA market presence, including MENA, and align regional messaging with global GTM strategy. This role reports to the CMO.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level B2B marketing experience in SaaS/tech.
• Proven track record driving regional pipeline with enterprise sales.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into regional messaging and campaigns.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple markets (EMEA/MENA).
• Proficiency with ABM platforms, Salesforce and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA regional marketing strategy and regional marketing-sourced pipeline.
• Lead funnel performance from initial lead to closed deals in partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Align local campaigns with global GTM strategy and inform regional messaging and targeting.
• Oversee growth in established markets and development of newer markets across EMEA (including MENA).
• Build and mature local partner and channel motion; manage the EMEA marketing budget and ROI.
