Procore seeks a Director of EMEA Field Marketing to own the regional strategy, pipeline, and ROI, partnering with EMEA Sales and Revenue Operations to drive funnel performance from lead to close.

You will apply Procore's global strategy to the EMEA market from Dublin, leading a distributed team, shaping local campaigns, ABM programs, events, partner motions, and collaboration with product marketing to ensure consistent messaging and GTM execution across the region.

Qualifications

• Senior-level B2B marketing experience in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to own regional pipeline with enterprise sales.
• Expertise in funnel optimization with marketing and RevOps.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product marketing.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple markets.
• Ability to build partner and channel motions.
