Qualifications

• 3+ years leading Customer Success or Account Management teams in SaaS.
• 7+ years overseeing a high-performing CS/AM team.
• Proven track record of renewal and upsell negotiations.
• Familiar with the B2B tech space or subscription software.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide your team of first-line managers.
• Ramp up new team members and coach them to success.
• Escalate and navigate a wide range of projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement sales strategies and hiring goals.
• Oversee the Enterprise CS department to meet strategic and operational needs.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales for alignment and growth.
