Datadog seeks a Director of Enterprise Customer Success to lead and scale a multi-team CS organization. The role involves mentoring first line managers, accelerating ramp-up of new hires, and acting as a key escalation point for complex projects while aligning with Enterprise Sales to drive growth across top customers.

You will shape the enterprise CS strategy, develop training curricula, and ensure proactive customer outcomes in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading Customer Success or Account Management teams in SaaS.
• 7+ years overseeing a high performing CS/AM team.
• Proven track record negotiating contract terms and renewals/upsell.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship to first line managers.
• Ramp up new team members and coach for success.
• Escalate across projects and serve as a point of escalation.
• Cross-functional collaboration to actualize sales strategies and hiring goals.
• Oversee and build Enterprise Customer Success to meet strategic and operational needs as we scale.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales leaders to align and grow existing and new customers.
