Job summary

The Merrion is seeking an experienced Head Concierge to lead the Concierge team on a fulltime, onsite basis in Dublin. Reporting to the Director of Guest Relations, you will direct Supervisors, Doormen and Car Valet Parkers, while ensuring exceptional service across pre- and post-stay experiences.

You will maintain current knowledge of Dublin’s attractions and events, network with local partners, and drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership approach. Interviews are conducted in person.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a Concierge role in a 5* hotel.
• Hands-on experience in managing teams.
• Strong English language skills, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of local attractions and Dublin hospitality network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Concierge department operations.
• Coordinate with the Director of Guest Relations and support the team.
• Direct Supervisors, Doormen and Car Valet Parkers and ensure premium guest service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events and dining options.
