The Merrion is recruiting for a full-time Hall Porter to join our Concierge Team in Dublin. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and help ensure a seamless guest experience in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel Front Office or Concierge.
• Strong guest service orientation with professional presentation.
• Knowledgeable about Dublin city and surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with luggage.
• Deliver newspapers, correspondence and packages to rooms.
• Safely dispatch guest vehicles to and from the car park.
• Provide information on attractions and facilities.
• Keep front of house neat and organised.
